I did not become a sleep coach because I was the best at sleep. I was not the fastest sleeper at the last Oura Ring Olympics or possess an insane Insomnia-free streak that would make Duo(lingo) proud.
Rather, I’m an overthinking night owl practising grace under difficult circumstances. In the pursuit of quality sleep, I had to try every trick in the book and invented some of my own to address the stimulating challenges of life (or simply the 9 to 5 work culture). Read more [HERE]
